Step 1 : Application for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
Digital Signature is the first step to form a private limited company. All the eforms are online so it requires the Digital Signature instead of the physical signature. In the MOA & AOA of the company all the Directors or Subscriber are required to sign through their Digital Signature. Digital signatures are issued by the govt authorized authorities.

Step 2 : Name Reservation
This is one of the most important steps during the private limited company incorporation. You have to choose a unique name for your company. First name approval is obtained for the proposed company from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Up to 2 names can be provided for filing of application for reservation of name. The name must be acceptable to the MCA as per the Companies Act 2013.
There are certain rules laid down by the government to decide the name of the company. The name should be unique so as to avoid the rejections. Following are the important guidelines for selecting the name of the company:

IT MUST BE MEANINGFUL:
The name of the company should have the meaning or relevance to the business of the Company.
IT MUST BE UNIQUE:

IT SHOULDN’T BE ILLEGAL:

Step 3 : Incorporation Application Preparation and Submission
On obtaining the Digital Signature, and reservation of name of the Company, the incorporation application can be prepared and submitted in SPICe Form with the MCA.
